Strength OF WOMEN
It has been concerned about the rights of the vulnerable sectors of the society. Though the Constitution of India provides for equal rights to women, yet not a day passes when they are not exploited and humiliated by the society at large. The struggle for even legal equality has been one of the major concerns of the Women Empowerment movement in the country. Empowerment includes the action of enhancing the women status, through Education, Literacy, economy and training.

Women’s empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make lifestyle without limitations and restrictions. For Women’s empowerment achieving gender equality is essential for our society to ensure sustainable development of the Country. It is widely believed that full participation of both men and women is an essential ingredient in rapid development of a country. Reservation of seats for women in elections and their participation in decision making, reservation of seats for women in all institutions of local governance have become a constitutional mandate for a fast developing country.
